Follow-up Support

Whether a client brings me in for a single engagement, a presentation or consulting package or enters into a retainer agreement with me, I work with the client on a follow-up plan based on their specific needs. Follow-up/support typically includes:
  • A customized Digital Resources Package featuring notes and highlights from the presentations and/or professional development sessions, video tutorials, practice modules, articles and other materials for reinforced and continued learning.

    (For consulting projects), a customized report outlining each aspect of the project from start to finish including observations, initiatives, implemented strategies and outcomes, recommendations on sustaining and building upon achievements and other key take-aways.

  • A Customized Communications Tool Kit with simple, practical strategies and techniques drawn from the live presentation and/or professional development sessions and my overall work with the client.

    These tools help to make good communication second nature and are based on the specific areas of focus for each individual client. The Tool Kit is a powerful take-away package that consolidates learner outcomes and solutions into do-able, intuitive communication practices that anyone can begin using immediately for measurable results. It allows the impact of my work with the client to continue and grow even after the contract has been fulfilled and brings added value to the deliverables. Knowing how to be a more productive listener, recognize and articulate one’s point of view succinctly and effectively, lead with truth and compassion, disagree with dignity, and command the ability to speak clearly and purposefully are just some of the proficiencies that can be mastered by engaging the tools in this kit.

  • Option to renew and/or extend services agreement that is client focused in terms of duration, fee structure and objectives. I also offer the option of being available at a mutually agreeable hourly rate upon conclusion of services for ongoing support.
