Unlike expensive solutions driven by software, algorithms or one-size-fits-all approaches, I look at the human component of the organization’s communication and integrate that vital understanding into customized strategies that are realistic and practical.This may encompass suggestions for new or improved policies or procedures, special training programs and/or other tailored initiatives.
Once the audit/assessment phase is completed (click here for audit/assessments), I present a comprehensive plan of action that incorporates the client’s input, objectives, budget and desired timeline. Some clients ask me to oversee implementation of the agreed upon strategies. Others prefer that I train their team leaders to facilitate implementation in-house and utilize me for guidance and troubleshooting.
